What's the ideal guest number for your pancake bar?
We find that 30 guests or more is the sweet spot. For smaller groups, the price per person can be higher because our fixed costs (staff, travel, setup) are the same. The good news? There’s very little price difference between 30 and 50 guests – so you get fantastic value as your group grows. For 50–100 guests, the price increases only modestly. Just tell us your numbers and we’ll give you a fair, transparent quote.
How much does your pancake bar service cost?

How does your setup work? Are you a traditional caterer?
We’re a pancake bar – not a standard catering company, but fully professional. We arrive an hour before your event, bringing everything: crêpe machines, fresh ingredients, tables, linen, and even a gazebo for outdoors. We cook live in front of your guests, then clear away afterwards. All we need is a wall socket within 10 metres. It’s fun, interactive, and hassle‑free.
How much space and power do you need?
Very little! Indoors, just 2m x 2m. Outdoors with our gazebo, we need 3m x 3m (sheltered from wind is ideal). For power, we must plug directly into a wall socket within 10 metres – we bring our own heavy‑duty lead. Simple.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least one month ahead to lock in your date. But we often can fit you in with two weeks’ notice – just ask. For shorter notice, we’ll always be honest about what’s possible. The sooner you get in touch, the smoother everything runs.
Do you cater to dietary requirements (vegan, gluten‑free)?
Yes. We offer a delicious gluten‑free option made with buckwheat flour (traditional French galettes) and can accommodate vegetarian requests. While we can’t guarantee a 100% allergen‑free environment, our team is fully trained in allergen safety and will clearly label everything. Just let us know your guests’ needs.
Can you personalise the pancake station for my event theme or brand?
Absolutely! We can print custom menus, brand each pancake with your company logo, and even wear your branded t‑shirts. For table settings, we offer white linen, reusable tablecloths, or your own. We love making your event feel unique and special.
