Terms & Conditions
We like to keep things simple and flexible, so you can enjoy the experience with ease.
Gift vouchers are sent digitally and can be used towards any Pancake Events booking
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
Bookings are arranged based on availability, so it’s best to get in touch early for preferred dates
We usually ask for around 2 weeks’ notice to prepare everything properly
Vouchers can be used as full or part payment towards your event
If plans change, bookings can be rescheduled with notice, subject to availability
In some cases, additional costs may apply where changes affect event arrangements
Services are available within London only
We kindly ask that suitable space and access are available for setup at the venue
We take care in preparation, although we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment
